Welcome, we're so glad you're here! We can't wait to chat more about your special occasion. The first step in working together is to complete an event request  HERE .

Shortly after you submit your request, you'll receive an initial estimate with follow up details regarding scheduling a tour. During this step, we'll fine tune your estimate by adding or removing items in order to better fit your vision and get you scheduled for a tour.

At your tour, we'll go through your estimate together as well as what you can expect for event flow. You'll also get to see some decor samples and tablescapes!

From there, we'll finalize your estimate and provide you with a contract and venue guidelines to review.

Are there indoor and outdoor options?

Yes! Our venue actually functions as two entirely separate spaces: The Farmhouse & Gardens and The Glass Hall. Our Farmhouse location offers a

pondside outdoor ceremony + forestside outdoor reception. The farmhouse itself is home to the bride and groom suite as well as two restrooms, a prep kitchen, and sitting parlors.

The Glass Hall offers both indoor + outdoor ceremony and reception options with pond and garden views. It has a private bridal suite, prep kitchen, and restrooms.

PS, the bridal suite does have curtains all the way around.

Will venue staff be present during events?

Yes, we'll always have on-site staff member to assist with venue-related questions. This is not to be mistaken for a paid event coordinator.

However, we do offer wedding coordination services to assist with decor setup and more.

What weather considerations are there?

Farmhouse weddings are primarily outdoors - we are currently in the planning phases for a new larger covered space! In the meantime, we recommend having a tent booked as a backup for rainy seasons. The Farmhouse does have a covered outdoor space that seats up to 50 in the event that a last-minute, covered ceremony or dining space is needed. The Glass Hall is indoors.

The final call for any changes must be made by the bride the morning of the event.

Is event insurance required?

Yes, we do require clients to carry event insurance for every event. We're happy to provide recommendations during the booking process.

Does the Glass Hall have a groom suite?

Not technically. However, if our Farmhouse isn't booked for an event by 30 days prior to your big day,

this space is bookable for your groom suite!

What promotions do you offer?

We offer military, medical, and first responders discounts which apply to the bride and groom.

When you receive your estimate, we'll also share any other current promotions we have.

Do you have overnight accommodations?

Yes!  Our farmhouse is bookable on Airbnb  for your overnight stays and sleeps 5-7 guests.

Pets (and any other animals) must be approved by the venue in writing prior to arriving on the property.

They can be present for the ceremony and then must be escorted back home.
